You could say that Russ Heintz grew up at Flexco, since he started here shortly after high school. Russ has truly been a journeyman, working all three shifts during his tenure here. After starting as a temporary worker, Russell impressed manager after manager as he worked his way up the ladder, eventually communicating his desire for higher education. 

“I wanted to go to school and Flexco not only provided tuition reimbursement, but also advice as to what degree to shoot for to move ahead,” Russ said.

With Flexco’s help, Russ completed his Associate’s Degree and followed with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. With encouragement from the management team, Russ most recently applied for and became the Testing and Reliability Lead for the Engineering Department.

“The amount of support you receive is overwhelmingly awesome,” Russ says.

There’s a reason Russ landed at Flexco. His motivation and tenacity sets a good example for other employees.

But Russ has a more simple reason in mind for why he ended up here.

“I got lucky.”
