Richard A. White, President and Chief Executive Officer, has held the title since 2005 and is a member of the Board of Directors since 1994. White originally joined Flexco in 1986 and has contributed during his tenure in the positions of Marketing Manager, VP Sales and Marketing, VP Worldwide Marketing, and Executive Vice President prior to his appointment to CEO. He holds a B.S. degree from Boston University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. White has been an active member over the years in both NIBA and PTDA.
Thomas S. Wujek, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for sales and operations in the Americas and Australia. He is actively involved in and serves as a Director of the other global sales regions and Flexco operations. He was appointed to the position in May 2005 after serving as Vice President of Sales and Operations. During his tenure with Flexco, Wujek has served the Flexco organization in several capacities including Quality Assurance Manager, Field Sales Representative, and Sales and Operations Manager respectively. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He is active in NIBA - The Belting Association (serving as President in 2014), as well as PTDA and the National Mining Association (NMA).
Glen Paradise, Chief Financial Officer, is tasked with leading profitable growth and preserving the financial assets of the business through collaboration, efficient processes that yield timely and accurate information, and insightful analytics, resulting in sound business decisions. Paradise has 25 years of experience in the financial sector, and has been with Flexco for more than 10 of those years. Glen earned his B.S. degree and M.B.A. from Brigham Young University.
Tammy Balogh, Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for strategic human resources planning and talent acquisition for Flexco’s global business. In this position, Balogh also encourages Flexco and its subsidiaries to adhere to the Vision and Values set forth by the company. Balogh has been with Flexco for more than 25 years, serving in a variety of roles, giving her the experience necessary to be the voice for the employees. Balogh holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University’s College of Business and serves on the Education and Training Committee for the PTDA.
Chip Winiarski, Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for developing marketing programs, systems, and communications that support Flexco’s strategic direction and align global business plans with organizational objectives. Winiarski has more than 20 years of experience serving global end-user customers, distributors, OEMs, design firms, and belting companies engaged in a variety of light-duty and heavy-duty industries. Winiarski holds a B.S. degree from Oberlin College and an M.B.A. from The Ohio State University with concentrations in Strategy and Finance
