Echo Luo joined Flexco China in 2009, two years after we opened our doors in Shanghai. She was impressed by the company’s long history and felt that Flexco manufactured first-class products in a variety of industries. Looking back, she is impressed by the growth she has seen in her first 10 years.

“Flexco China is a young, dynamic company with a lot of things to achieve. When I joined in 2009, there were only 45 customers, and we have grown to more than 900 customers,” Echo says. “We have been able to grow dramatically, while still being able to provide good customer relations.”

What does she think is the reason for that success?

“We have a lot of respect for our customers and I believe they feel the same way,” Echo says. “We treat our customers as friends, keeping in contact with them often.”

Echo thinks the future is bright for Flexco China.

“I think we still have a lot of things to achieve, but I am positive we will win more market share and achieve our goals step-by-step,” Echo says. “I feel lucky to be able to grow along with the company.”
