Flavio Negrier didn’t find Flexco when he was looking for a job. Flexco found him.

While he was working for another company, Flavio received a call that Flexco wanted to speak with him about an opportunity in its new Chile location. So he decided to do his own research on the company and came to the interview with many questions.

In the end, it wasn’t the fact that Flexco is a successful company that has been in business for more than 110 years that convinced Flavio to take a chance on a new location. It wasn’t even that Flexco offers a generous compensation and benefits plan to its employees. It was, in fact, the feeling he got when he learned about the vision and values of Flexco.

“What made me decide to work at Flexco was the values and the culture of the company, which are a part of everything we do here,” Flavio says. “I have the opportunity to work on different projects with different subsidiaries and different cultures, and I see these important values in all the people, all the subsidiaries, and every project I develop for the company.”

Flavio was excited to be a part of Flexco Chile from its inception, and has been a part of its successful growth throughout the years.

“A new operation meant big growth challenges, but the support and cooperation we got from the rest of the Flexco subsidiaries was amazing,” Flavio says. “They help us achieve our goals and targets on a yearly basis, sharing ideas and insights, and we do the same for them.”

The company culture has also been integral to Flavio’s personal career growth. Flavio began his career at Flexco as a manufacturing engineer and began taking on responsibilities in shipping and receiving, customer service, administration, and IT before his current position as Operations Manager.

“What I like most about working at Flexco are the opportunities that the company gives me to grow as a professional and also as a person,” Flavio says. “I have opportunities to study, to run different projects globally, to be a part of global conferences, and to grow as a person and a leader.”

Flavio is excited about his future with Flexco Chile, and about the company as a whole.

“We have many opportunities to grow, and I'm really optimistic because we have a great team,” Flavio says. “By working together, keeping the Flexco values in mind, I see continued global growth throughout the company.”
