At Flexco, we want to be as transparent as possible when it comes to our hiring process. This includes providing details about our recruitment process. While the steps may change, depending on position, here is a brief overview of our process

If we feel you’re a fit, a member of the Human Resources team will contact you to schedule an interview.

  • Our interviews are typically set up in a “panel” format, so candidates get to meet with more than one team member at a time.
  • More than one interview may be required.
